Old stock Quartz Crystal point w/ beautiful and unique form. This is a type of Growth interference quartz, which hosts very interesting and deep growth voids where another mineral (likely calcite) was once attached. The calcite/other mineral dissolved while the crystal was still underground, likely due to various changes (temperature,changes in acidity etc) in the quartz seam environment over time. The result on this particular specimen is this "reverse-scepter-esque" form, which is incredible and VERY unique. Super special and top aesthetics for this growth type!
