Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase.

 - First, Buyer must notify us within 7 days after receipt of item(s) if they wish to make a return. Buyer can notify us of any issues via email at: info@arkansasminerals.com

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

-It is up to the buyer to pack the returned order in a manner that the item is well protected to ensure it retains it's original listed/photographed condition upon its arrival back to us.

-Buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original listed/photographed condition.

-Refunds will be issued after the original item is received back to us in its original listed/photographed condition within the 14 day timeframe.  

*We wish for all of our customers to contact us if there is any issue with your order and we can discuss any issues at hand and find a resolution together. *

Please note, before ordering:

-Measurements are listed in cm , not inches.

-All of our products are unique in nature and one of a kind. 
   - We take very high quality photographs from multiple angles and provide comprehensive descriptions as well.

-Our standard practice also includes high quality careful packing to prevent damage.
     -We take the greatest care in love in presenting and shipping these one of kind minerals.

-If you would like extra shipping insurance as a precaution, please email us before ordering, and we will customize your order to suit your needs.
