Unique Quartz Crystal Point, Old Stock, Montgomery County, Arkansas, w/wood base

Old stock Quartz Crystal point w/ beautiful and unique form. This is a type of Growth interference quartz, which hosts a very interesting and deep "saw-mark-like" void where another mineral (likely calcite) was once attached. The calcite/other mineral dissolved while the crystal was still underground, likely due to various changes (temperature,changes in acidity etc) in the quartz seam environment over time. It also hosts a growth void in the prism body, making it resemble a crystal creature with an eye and a mouth. Very unique and top aesthetics for this growth type! The point comes mounted with ticky tacky on a naturally uv-reactive pine knot wood base that also illuminates nicely when light shines through it. The wood itself is naturally infused with the resin of the tree it came from, so it smells wonderful too, like the Arkansas forests from where it was unearthed.
