Unique Etched Quartz Crystal Point, Old Stock, Garland County, Arkansas, w/ base

Old stock Quartz Crystal point w/ beautiful and unique form. This is considered a "self healed" or re-healed quartz, as it exhibits multigenerational re-crystallization. It came from a pocket/seam that was subjected to more intense shifts in the earth over geologic time, and once broken, it recrystallized creating very unique growth etchings and patterns across much of its surface. This piece is particularly interesting with amazing clarity and great aesthetic form.

Specimen Size Approx. 4.3 x 2.7 x 1 cm

 The point comes mounted with ticky tacky on a naturally uv-reactive pine knot wood base that also illuminates nicely when light shines through it. The wood itself is naturally infused with the resin of the tree it came from, so it smells wonderful too, like the Arkansas forests from where it was unearthed.
