Super Rare Strengite + Cacoxenite, etc, Coon Creek Mine, Polk Co, Arkansas, USA.  Ex Henry Delinde

Super Rare and Absolutely Incredible Purple Strengite + Cacoxenite and other Iron Phosphates Combo on a Novaculite Matrix. The specimen is loaded with  Purple Strengite of varying hues of purple, from light to vibrant. It is rich w/ Strengite. The specimen also features a nice amount of Cacoxenite, which also covers some of the Strengite in various vugs. There are various species of other iron phosphates (Beraunite, etc) scattered throughout the specimen on all sides. It was unearthed in the 1970s by the legendary Henry Delinde, and is from his personal collection. See photos and video for details. VERY rare material.

! *NOTE* ! Cacoxenite is extremely fragile and the specimen contains both fully crystallized cacoxenite needles, as well as weathered/oxidized forms of the species. There is always some that will come off when the specimen is handled (mainly the weathered portions (like a rust colored iron oxide). It will be packed extremely well, but there will be tiny amounts of weathered iron that come off. The strengite is strong, and most of the well-crystallized cacoxenite is protected in micro-vugs. But this is simply for your awareness of the material here if you do not understand already.

Specimen size: approx. 5 x 4.5 x 4 cm
