About this specimen:
Very unique and rare, Super Curved Quartz Crystal Point w/ saw-like Growth Interference etchings, where Calcite once was attached before being dissolved due to changes in water chemistry via hydrothermal events (ie acidic environments dissolving the calcite), from Montgomery County, Arkansas, USA. It is extremely curved/bent, and quartz rarely curves this much....basically it curved very slowly due unique conditions, and kept rehealing over and over again.
