Rare Turquoise "floater" from Porter Mountain in Polk County, Arkansas!

Rare and Unique locale for turquoise...needs stabilization before turning into jewelry, but it is an extremely unique specimen piece considering its locale of origin. This particular specimen is from the collection of explorer/mineralogist Henry Delinde. A part of his "mineral buffet". Henry was a prolific miner to say the least...he discovered many great treasures in the Arkansas wilderness, and he even discovered a mineral species brand new to science, which they named after him (Delindeite).
