RARE Blue Wavellite, w/ handmade wood mount + photo case - Garland County, Arkansas, A+++
A phenomenal and old stock Blue Wavellite specimen from the Delinde Claim in Garland County, Arkansas, USA. It features spectacular hues of Blue w/ some minor Green as well. Excellent crystallization and highly aesthetic "eye-forms" Very rare hue of Wavellite. From our personal collection of "best of Arkansas Minerals".
Specimen size: Approx. 3.5 x 2.5 x 1 cm
It is mounted in our new boxes we designed and made by hand utilizing a naturally UV reactive Pine knot wood that comes from our land in Arkansas. The back is a transparent photographic print of one of our photos of the inside of a wavellite "vug" (looks sort of like a micro wavellite cave). These are unique and exclusive to our shop.
The wood mount smells absolutely fantastic too.
*The clear plastic case can be removed as needed. The specimens are mounted with ticky tacky only, so they can be removed if needed as well.
The case measure approx. 2.25 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches
