Old stock Optical Quartz Crystal point w/ beautiful form and excellent clarity. Extremely clear quartz "gem". It could be cut into a brilliant faceted stone if an artist had the skill and desire to do so. It is awesome though strictly as an example specimen of the optical clarity that Arkansas is known for. The point comes mounted with ticky tacky on a naturally uv-reactive pine knot wood base that also illuminates nicely when light shines through it. The wood itself is naturally infused with the resin of the tree it came from, so it smells wonderful too, like the Arkansas forests from where it was unearthed.
