Extremely Rare Solution Quartz Crystals still with a "membrane" of Recorite ( a unique leathery clay mineral, also known by old timers as Mountain Leather). Mined in the 1980s at the Jeffrey Quarry (a long closed locale) in Pulaski County, North Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.

The quartz is all very unique solution quartz.  This is one of the most unique combos for quartz in Arkansas.  Hard to photograph, much better to explore in person.
