Specimen Size:
Approx: 3 x 1.3 x 1 cm
It is mounted in our new boxes we designed and made utilizing a UV reactive Pine knot wood that comes from our land in Arkansas. The back is a photographic print of one of our example photos of the mountains of Arkansas.
The pine knot wood is interesting as it is infused naturally with the concentrated resin of the tree, making it completely translucent when light shines through it when sliced. It also becomes more fluorescent under longwave UV light. They smell absolutely fantastic too, like the forests of Arkansas from where these minerals come from.
*The clear plastic case can be removed as needed. The specimens are mounted with ticky tacky only, so they can be removed if needed as well.
The case measure approx. 2.25 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches
Everything will be packed securely for shipment.
