A phenomenal Wavellite specimen from Montgomery County, Arkansas. A very fine specimen with excellent color/form/condition and amazing crystallization. Great luster and it hosts only a small amount of chert matrix. The largest "sphere" is approx 1.7 cm in width.

Specimen size: Approx. 2.9 x 2.1 x 1.9 cm

It is mounted in our new boxes we designed and made utilizing a naturally UV reactive Pine knot wood that comes from our land in Arkansas. The back is a transparent photographic print of one of our photos of the Ouachita mountain range in Arkansas. These are unique and exclusive to our shop.

 The wood mount smells absolutely fantastic too.


*The clear plastic case can be removed as needed. The specimens are mounted with ticky tacky only, so they can be removed if needed as well. 

The case measure approx. 2.25 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches
