Amazing and hard to find old stock Barite Crystal from the Chamberlain Creek Barite Mine in Magnet Cove, Arkansas, USA. Beautiful specimen with great form. Distinctly formed Barite crystals were found few and far between, where mostly masses of rougher barite were unearthed. ex Henry Delinde.
Specimen size: 3.5 x 1 x 0.5 cm
The specimen comes mounted with ticky tacky on a naturally uv-reactive pine knot wood base that also illuminates nicely when light shines through it. The wood itself is naturally infused with the resin of the tree it came from, so it smells wonderful too, like the Arkansas forests from where it was unearthed.
