This is a unique white hued micro Wavellite from a long-closed locale known for vanadium and titanium bearing mineral production (closed and reclaimed for many decades now). Wavellite from the Christy Pit is rarely seen on the market. It is formed on highly altered quartz, and shows excellent crystallization under loupe\/microscope.
