A collaboration i did in 2012 with the band Hammock
The album cover for Amman/Josh - Places re-master, released on the Hammock Music label
A music video i made for the Amman/Josh release, using our crystal camera lens. Filmed in West Texas and through to Western New Mexico/Eastern Arizona. These explorations led us to a Navajo experimental garden where we gave out Arkansas Quartz and traded knowledge of clay building techniques and the process of gardening with minimal water. We learned about the Blue Corn, and the wonderful Navajo grandmothers fighting for the survival of the Navajo language. That night we slept in tents near the garden and i dreamt of rainbow coyotes joining me for my sweet garden slumber. Very surreal experience.
Amman/Josh - Places vinyl remastered and released on vinyl on Hammock Music and distributed by Secretly Distribution (originally released in 2010/re-released 2018) -Ambient/instrumental music

Hand Mined Quartz and Clay 35mm Camera with Crystal Lens
The world as seen through our Crystal Camera lens
Hummingbird "pick" tool, hand-carved from Apple Wood (little hardwood/antler picks like this make excellent crystal extractors...once you get through the hard rock with chisels and hammers, and a pocket of clay and crystal is opened up and exposed, a more delicate approach is needed to ensure the crystals do not get damaged by large metal tools.)
